Today, we stand in prayer and solidarity with the families, friends, survivors, and all those affected by the tragic road traffic accident along the A1 Road near Palapye.
We extend our deepest condolences to every family that has lost a loved one and pray for the speedy recovery of those who were injured. May God grant comfort to the grieving, strength to the weary, and hope to every heart carrying the weight of this tragedy.

Release:

We live in a world where people post smiles while silently breaking inside.

Social media has taught many people to hide pain behind:
๐Ÿ“ธ filtered photos
๐Ÿ˜Š forced smiles
๐Ÿ’ฌ โ€œIโ€™m fineโ€
โœจ perfect-looking lives

But behind the posts, many are battling:
โ€ข anxiety
โ€ข depression
โ€ข loneliness
โ€ข rejection
โ€ข burnout
โ€ข emotional exhaustion

Not everyone who looks happy is at peace.

Some people are emotionally drowning while trying to appear strong for everyone else.

The truth is:
You do not have to pretend all the time.

It is okay to:

โ€ข cry
โ€ข ask for help
