Project REVIVE* Mazda CX 5 & Atenza 2012 to 2018.
The Mazda CX-5 and the Mazda Atenza (sold globally as the Mazda6) are two popular sibling vehicles sharing similar SkyActiv powertrains, interior layouts, and design languages. The CX-5 is a compact SUV with higher ground clearance, while the Atenza is a sleek, low-slung mid-size sedan or wagon.
Now this cars are having one bigger issues with makes one feel uncomfortable b stresses beyond measure. A serious Brain trauma that one could not carry, it's really burden all over the world. Even to us mechanics Specialist and dealerships we are speaking the same problem upon these Skyactiv technology forums
Now what should we do ?
Should we throw away cheap as rotten garbage
Trash or scrapes yet we paid over thousands of dollars to enjoy our rides. My answer is not me
I tried a Revive project as to check around a good Mazda engine that performed well years back and I chose Mazda L3& LF gasoline types with engine capacity of 2 to 2.3 Ltrs
Here are engine specifications
The Mazda LF is a 2.0-liter (1,999 cc) inline-four petrol engine, while the Mazda L3 is a larger 2.3-liter (2,260 cc) inline-four petrol engine.
Both belong to Mazda's MZR/L-series family, sharing an aluminum block with cast iron sleeves, dual overhead camshafts (DOHC), and 16 valves. Technical specifications for the [LF, L3] series can be referenced via technical documentation.
These engine can carry this SUV & Sudan bodies with out straining n even power shift is smooth.
We are doing all it takes on this project to win every one's heart that deserves smoother and stress 😬 free on the road.
