Something New is Growing at the Herb Garden!🍓

Our strawberries are ripening beautifully and will be ready for harvest by the end of this week and into next week!

Many have been asking why we decided to grow strawberries. It all started when one of our local bars placed a weekly order for our fresh spearmint and requested strawberries as a cocktail garnish to be included in their deliveries. That inspired us to test strawberry production this season.

The trial has been a great learning experience, and now that we better understand the production cycle, we're excited to continue growing them as part of our product range.

We are now taking pre-orders for packs. Reserve yours early and enjoy fresh, locally grown strawberries straight from the Herb Garden!

Warm greetings and Happy New Year from Herb Garden. As we step into this new year, we give thanks for the journey behind us and look ahead with hope for growth, renewal, and meaningful impact in all that we do together.

We are guided by Hosea 10:12:

Sow righteousness for yourselves, reap the fruit of unfailing love, and break up your unplowed ground; for it is time to seek the Lord. May this be a year of breaking new ground, sowing wisely, and reaping abundantly.

We look forward to a fruitful and purposeful year ahead as we dig up the sand in our back yard and create sustainable farm to table experiences. Change the way we see our grocery stores and in our own little way contribute to a healthy lifestyle.
