Camp Joy Belize Founded in 2014 by Pastors Frankie and Abby Wade, Camp Joy Belize, a ministry of Living Waters Fellowship Church, serves individuals with special needs.

We offer summer camps, the JOY Employability Program, and Daily Joy, a weekly recreational ministry. Camp Joy Belize is a ministry of Living Waters Fellowship Church, Belize. We believe that all people are made in the image of God and are therefore important and special in His sight regardless of mental and physical ability. As a result of that belief, Camp Joy ministers to those who have intellec

tual disabilities. Campers must be at least 13 years old and have self-help skills. Camp Joy has a one-to-one camper/counselor ratio. The Camp Joy staff is experienced in working with individuals with a wide variety of ages and abilities.

We then had lots of fun making no-bake cookies, and everyone got the chance to create their own with different yummy fillings πŸͺπŸ«πŸ’›
We finished off the afternoon with some exciting Jesus Bingo, ending the day with lots of smiles and laughter! πŸŽ‰βœ¨

We then jumped into an exciting treasure hunt, and everyone was SUPER excited and competitive β€” there was lots of running all over as each team raced to make sure they collected all their treasures first! πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈπŸ’¨βœ¨

Because of the hot Belize heat πŸ₯΅πŸŒ‘️ , we stayed indoors and had lots of fun playing Minute to Win It games. We finished off the afternoon with some refreshing watermelon, popcorn and idealπŸ‰πŸΏπŸ’›οΏ½

οΏ½With the hot Belize weather, Friday was the perfect day to cool off at Banana Bank Pool 🌞🌊 We all had an amazing time at the pool, relaxing, and enjoying the day together! πŸ˜„πŸ’¦ We also got to enjoy some chicken nachos for snacks πŸ˜‹

Wishing all mothers a blessed and joyful Mother’s Day! Today we celebrate and honor you for the extra love, strength, patience, sacrifices, and care you give each day. Your dedication, unwavering hearts, and constant support make a lasting difference in the lives of your children and families.

To our Special Needs mothers especially β€” thank you for being advocates, encouragers, caregivers, and examples of unconditional love. The work you do each day may not always be seen by others, but it never goes unnoticed. Your faith, resilience, and commitment are truly inspiring.
