Memorial Mass Announcement In Loving Memory of Mr. Magarito Lambey affectionately known as "Rito".

" A man who has not prepared his children for his own death has failed as a father.”

King T’Chaka.

The word “failure” has never been a part of your vocabulary, and it’s crazy to think that a whole year has passed without hearing your voice or laughter. To say we miss you is an understatement. We haven’t been the same without you.

The air we breathe is different now that you’re not here. It’s always heavy—so heavy that sometimes it feels all too consuming. But you prepared us for this. The thing is, we didn’t realize it would be so painful to be here without you.

The love, knowledge, confidence, understanding, and advice you gave us for the day we would have to exist without you are what keep us from spiraling. You always said that your love was the foundation, and a foundation is only as strong as the person who built it.

Know that there isn’t a day that goes by that we don’t reminisce about the love that both you and Mommy poured into this family.

If heaven had a telephone… if only heaven had a telephone, we would be deep in conversation. But until God decides to install a phone, I guess we’ll keep meeting in the land of dreams.

We know you always said, “A promise is a comfort to a fool.” So today, we’ll be the fools, Daddy, because we promise to keep making you proud, keep walking the humble walk you taught us, and most of all, we promise to never forget where—and who—we come from. Because, like you always said, “You’re a Lambey. Your last name carries weight in this world.”

In loving memory of a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, cousin, friend, and the greatest footballer from Punta Gorda town Toledo District.

We'll miss and love you always.

Juana Lambey,Stephanie Lambey,Deborah Mariano,Leroy Lambey,Fedelis Vairez,Janice Lambey,Leah Mariano,Byron Lambey,Reah Mariano,Robert Vairez Jr,Roshaud Vairez, & Rokeem Vairez.

*Note: A one year memorial Mass will be held at St.Peter Claver Church (Parish hall) on August 29th, 2026 at 6:30 a.m. in Punta Gorda town Toledo District.

Revelation 21:3-5
"With that I heard a loud voice from the throne say: “Look! The tent of God is with mankind, and he will reside with them, and they will be his peoples. And God himself will be with them.4 And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.”
