Whether you're looking for relief from a Massage Therapy treatment for a soft tissue condition such as a rotator cuff injury, TMJ, sciatic symptoms etc, or simply some stress relief, we're here to help!
Tracy and Rebbecca are Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapy Alumni and are Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs). We are both members of the Massage Therapy Association of Manitoba (MTAM).

I opened Oak Island Massage Therapy on August 1st of 2008 at the age of 23.

My approach is always client centered whether you’re seeking a therapeutic treatment to target those over-tight muscles or to simply relax and reset, I’m here to help you feel your best.
I have a special interest in Oncology Massage. Being able to provide comfort and support to someone who is fighting cancer is a privilege and I’m grateful to be able to provide that space for my clients. I am grief and trauma informed and I bring that sensitivity into every massage treatment I provide.
I have additional training in palliative and compassionate care, myofascial cupping, foam rolling , TMJ treatment, pediatric massage, spa therapy, and mental health first aid.

I’ve been in practice here at Oak Island Massage Therapy since 2016. I’ve always had a strong interest in health and wellness which led me to become an RMT. I’m passionate in helping clients reduce stress, ease pain, and improve overall well being. Whether your goal is relaxation, recovery, or better mobility, I’m always ready to help you reach it.
