The automatic ‘yes’ isn’t a knowledge problem.
You can read every book on boundaries and still say yes before you’ve checked in with yourself.

That’s because it’s a reflex, not a decision.
Your nervous system learned that “yes” meant safe and liked, and that “no” meant risk.

So, healing isn’t about getting better at saying no.
It’s about learning to pause long enough for your body to answer before your mouth does.

Next time, try:
“Let me check and get back to you.”
(Or something like that…)

🌑 New Moon in Libra & 10/10 Portal 🌀
(Sat. Oct. 10 @ 8:50am PT)

First let’s look at its’ significance in Numerology 🔢:

The “1” is the seed, the starting point.
The “0” is the empty space, the dark, the unknown.
1 and 0 side by side is a fresh start rising out of stillness— which is exactly what a new moon is 🌑.
Add up 1+0+1+0 and you get 2, the number of balance, partnership, give and take.
That’s pure Libra ♎️.

~•~

Libra is the sign of balance.
In nervous system language, tho, real peace isn’t the absence of conflict.
It’s the presence of safety.

The new moon is the darkest point of the cycle.
Nothing to perform.
Nothing to prove.
Just room to be curious.
Just space to ask the kind of questions that your body can answer.
Not “What should I DO?”
but “What do I FEEL?”

Use whatever supports you—
whether that’s Reiki, meditation, a warm bath, journaling, crystals, etc.

Just remember to keep it gentle.
Seeds aren’t pushed or rushed.
They’re held, nurtured in the dark…until they’re ready 😉
