This spring marks 26 years in business for us at Core and over two decades at our Downtown Abbotsford location. We’re proud that what began as a home gym in our basement has evolved into a cornerstone of health and fitness in the Fraser Valley. Core has brought our family so many opportunities, incredible experiences, and great friends. It has been a long and rewarding road. From the professionals we’ve worked with and have had on our team to the thousands of clients we’ve had the privilege to help, your trust and support has meant so much. We are forever grateful.

If you’ve been around over the last few years you would know Megan and that she has been so much of the heart and soul of this place for a long time. We are very proud and excited to congratulate her as the new owner of Core Fitness & Rehab. After 26 years, the future looks bright and we can’t wait to watch Megan and team take Core into the next chapter.
