I’ve been a little quiet on here lately.
A few weeks ago, my husband and I spent some time in the Netherlands visiting family. We biked everywhere, slowed down a bit, and enjoyed a change of scenery.
What struck me was how similar some of the conversations were.
Whether I was talking to women in Canada or women in the Netherlands, many were dealing with the same things.
Low energy.
Poor sleep.
Weight that seems harder to manage than it used to be.
Digestive issues.
Feeling like their body has changed, but not really understanding why.
As a nutrition practitioner, I hear these concerns every day. As a woman in my 40s, I understand many of them myself.
It’s one of the reasons I’m so passionate about helping women understand what’s going on in their bodies and finding practical ways to support their health.
