This World Mental Health Day, let's talk about what support looks like from every angle.

Whether it's grief, loneliness, anxiety, depression, or something else entirely, everyone's experience with mental health is different. Sometimes, having someone who listens, understands, or helps us find our next step can make all the difference.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our 3rd Annual Mental Health Mixer! 💙

It was wonderful to bring together so many people from our community for an evening of connection, conversation, and networking. We’re so grateful to everyone who attended and helped make the evening such a success.

A special thank you to the Mayor of The City of Airdrie, Mayor Heather Spearman, for joining us and sharing a few words with our guests. We truly appreciate you taking the time to be part of the evening.

It’s all about bringing our mental health community together to connect, unwind, and celebrate. This year, we’re excited to gather at the beautiful Woodside Golf Course in The City of Airdrie.

Meet the professional behind your care. 💙

Abdullah is a Registered Provisional Psychologist who holds an MSC in School and Applied Child Psychology from the University of Calgary.

He has over 8 years of experience working with children and adolescents with developmental conditions, particularly autism. Abdullah has also received training in standardized assessments and psychoeducational assessments in both clinical and school-based settings.

His scholarly research focuses on the resettlement experiences of refugee parents raising children on the autism spectrum, reflecting his interest in supporting children, adolescents, and their families.
