There is something beautiful about knowing when it's time to plant your roots somewhere new.

After so much reflection, growth, and dreaming, Sol-Auna Wellness is excited to share that we are moving to **Crossfield** and joining the incredible community at **Rooted in Wellness**, located at **805 Laut Ave**.

We know change can bring mixed emotions. We've felt them too. But we truly believe that with great change comes incredible opportunity, deeper connection, and space to continue serving our community in an even bigger way.

🚚 August will be our month of transition as we lovingly prepare our new home, as well as time for Launa Hobson & Sophie Turner to relax and enjoy our summer as well.

🌿 We look forward to welcoming you beginning **September 1, 2026**.

Maybe love is having the courage to say, "This hurts," while still believing there is something beautiful waiting on the other side.

I do believe that. There is beauty in the unfolding, do we choose to see it?

I believe healing doesn't happen because one person finally finds themselves.

I believe healing happens when two people, weathered by life, worn by responsibility, and softened by love, reach for one another again.

Not from pain.

Not from fear.

But from the heart. Guided by love ❤️

And perhaps that's where we'll find each other.

Like the ocean always finds the shore.

Again.

And again.

And again.
