I was born and raised just outside of Calgary, Alberta, on an acreage, where I was active in many sports. My main sport was Equestrian both in show jumping and gymkhana’s. Swimming has always been a big part of my life aswell, as I was a competitive swimmer, an instructor, lifeguard and play waterpolo. Before going to Mount Royal for my 2200 hour Massage Therapy Diploma I was a Red Seal Journeyman

glazier and worked on many building in and around Calgary. My experience with the trades helps me treat the clients that come to see me who are in the trades and have been in pain from work. My sports background’s are also an asset to my assessment skills and treating sports injuries. I can treat many type of complainant from: relaxation, TMJD, sports injury, pain management, maintenance, work related problems, MVA, whiplash, deep tissue, Pre/Post pregnancy, chronic issues, Repetitive strain injuries, and many more

My hours are:
Mon 11:45am-6pm
Tues/Thurs 1-8pm
Wed 11:45 am-5:30pm
Fri 11:45-6pm

Dear Clients,

After 17 wonderful years of practice, I am writing to share that I will be closing my massage therapy practice come June 23 2026, that will be my last day in the clinic.

It has truly been an honor to care for you over the years. I am so grateful for each of you—for your trust, your loyalty, and the relationships we’ve built along the way. Being part of your wellness journey has meant more to me than words can fully express.

As I step into new adventures, I carry with me deep appreciation for all the memories and connections we’ve shared. I will be forever thankful for your support throughout these 17 years.

If you are looking to continue your massage care, I do have trusted practitioners that are accepting new clients.

Silver sparrow- Beth who is my partner at the clinic now, as well as Maggie and Connor at thrive Chiropractic and wellness.
