The relationship between repeated participation, physiological experience, and the development of trust in yourself.
Showing up for yourself isn't necessarily making yourself feel safe in every moment.
It can also mean remaining available to yourself while experiencing discomfort, uncertainty, fear, excitement, or change.
Over time, those experiences can contribute to a different physiological relationship with what you're encountering.
Not simply learning to regulate your nervous system, but expanding your capacity to participate in your own experience without having to eliminate parts of it.
And I notice the wording says “you show up for it” rather than “you control it.”
That distinction matters.
