Best of Health Inc Improving your quality of life through the Bowen Technique. Pain is usually a stuck nerve pattern.

This therapy addresses pain loops as well as many other health related issues. Our purpose for enhancing your quality of life stems from an understanding that you can have a more vital lifestyle. Our main clinic operates out of Airdrie, Alberta providing services such as The Bowen Technique, RMT Massage and Fascial Stretch Therapy. We also offer mobile treatments to Senior Care facilities and those who are unable to come to us. These therapies extend throughout central and southern Alberta. With over 20 years experience in the health and wellness industry we have seen thousands of our clients attain a greater measure of healing. After several years as an RMT, I discovered a new therapy called the Bowen Technique. This became a game changer for our clients, releasing them from chronic pain patterns. My passion for helping people get relief continues to grow as I observe countless clients getting back to enjoying their lives.

Meet Tom Bowen (1916–1982). In the 1950s, in Geelong, Australia, Tom began developing the gentle, hands-on technique that now carries his name. By the 1970s he was seeing thousands of clients a year.

What started in one small clinic in Australia is now practised around the world, including right here in Airdrie. 💚

Best of Health has been offering Bowen Therapy to our community since 2013.

FAQ Friday: Why a three-session commitment?

At Best of Health, we recommend three initial Bowen Therapy sessions, spaced 5–10 days apart—roughly once a week. One visit does not always tell the whole story.

Between visits, notice how you feel. At your next appointment, we review what has changed in your comfort, movement and everyday activities. After three sessions, we reassess together and discuss the next steps.

Each person’s response is different.
