Congrats to my client Ryan Hoover for making weight super smoothly for his return fight after an injury on Xtreme Fight Night (XFN) ⚖️

First camp working with him, already an undefeated prospect and huge potential but we were able to raise him up levels in his performance, nutrition, sleep and recovery getting him in the best shape for his return.💪

Even tho a last minute replacement opponent doesn't matter cause he's coming out with his hand raised in a showcase performance no doubt ☝️

Doesn't get anymore year round professional then Tommy. Always disciplined, locked in with his goals and routine which is why he's undefeated and has the potential for big things. Just a matter of time and hope this is his last fight out of the UFC 🙏

Congrats again to my brother and long time client Alain Majorique raby azola for making weight smoothly once again for his return back down to bantamweight at PFL Africa ⚖️

After a year at featherweight, going back down to bantamweight for his chance at the bantamweight tournament for 100k + title. He is back at his optimal weight class ready to make a statement💪

Excited to be out here in Nigeria to help him, corner him and make sure he comes home with the W. ☝️

Congrats once again to my client for making bantamweight for the first time smoothly for his fight tomorrow ⚖️

After several fights at featherweight and dialing a long term approach with nutrition. We both knew that bantamweight is his ideal weight class excited for him to finally thrive at this weight class. Alongside consistent development with his s&c with it's definitely the best version for himself 💪

MMA is nothing without random changes, getting a new opponent on three days notice doesn't matter when you put in an entire camp of hard work.

Excited to see him perform tomorrow and swing the axe super hard 🪓

Congrats to for making weight smoothly once again for his hometown fight for ⚖️

I guess you never need to ask Thomas what he wants for his birthday, cause I guess it's a weight cut and rehydration drinks as weight in day is his birthday 😅💪 Shows his dedication to his pro career and staying disciplined enough to take this in shorter notice and still make the weight without issues or regardless what day if is.

Now rehydrating and refueling to serve up a birthday fueled performance tomorrow night 🤛💥
