On Friday we hosted our Healthy Heart Healthy Lives event in honor of Heart ❤️ month. Thank you to our awesome seniors who came out despite the weather and our amazing speakers Lee Marrison and Karen Narraway who made this event a great success. It is with a heart of gratitude we say thank you to for the funding to provide these informative events to the community over the past year.
