Bladder leakage is something many women experience, but it’s not something you simply have to accept.

If you notice leaking when you laugh, cough, sneeze, run, or exercise, know that you’re not alone, and that help is available.

Pelvic floor physiotherapy can assess what’s contributing to your symptoms and develop a personalized treatment plan to help improve bladder control and confidence. It’s not a one size sits all approach. It’s comprehensive care and assessment to find out what your body needs.

You deserve to move through life without worrying about leaks.
If you’ve been experiencing symptoms, we’d love to help.

A lot of people say, “I feel fine in the morning, but by the end of the day everything hurts.”

That pattern is actually really common.

Discomfort that shows up later in the day is often linked to fatigue, prolonged positions, stress, and the body compensating for hours at a time. It doesn’t always mean injury or damage. It often means your system has been working hard behind the scenes.

If you’re ready to take the next step, booking an appointment is a great place to start.

If you’re expecting this spring, March can be a really meaningful time to slow down and focus on preparation.

Our Peace & Power Prenatal Class is a two-evening series created for moms-to-be who want to feel informed, grounded, and more confident heading into birth.

This isn’t about memorizing a plan or doing everything “right.”
It’s about understanding what your body is doing, learning practical tools you can actually use, and feeling more prepared for what’s ahead.

Over two evenings, we’ll cover topics like:
+movement and positioning for labour
+breathing and comfort strategies
+what to expect as birth approaches
+and how to think about the early postpartum period.

The goal is to help you feel calmer, more connected to your body, and supported as you move into this next season.

Whether this is your first pregnancy or not, this class offers space to ask questions, learn in a supportive environment, and build confidence without overwhelm.

Peace & Power Prenatal Class
📅 Friday, March 13 and Friday, March 20, 2026
⏰ 6:45pm–8:45pm
💲 $200 + tax

Massage therapy is often seen as something you book once in a while.
A treat.
A reset.

But in women’s health, massage therapy often plays a much bigger role than relaxation alone.

+Pregnancy
+Postpartum recovery
+Caregiving
+Work demands
+Stress
+Hormonal shifts

These all influence how the body holds tension.
Over time, that tension can show up as persistent tightness, aches that don’t fully resolve, headaches, jaw tension, or a general sense of feeling uncomfortable in your body.

Massage therapy can help support circulation, reduce muscle guarding, and give the nervous system a chance to settle.

For many women, it becomes part of maintaining comfort and resilience rather than something reserved for when pain feels unbearable.

It’s not about pushing through or ignoring what your body is asking for.
And it’s not always about fixing something that’s “wrong.”

Sometimes care looks like supporting your body so it can keep up with the pace of real life.

So movement feels easier.
So tension doesn’t build quietly in the background.
So rest actually feels restorative.

That kind of support matters.
