It was a pleasure spending time with Carl, the owner of Apex Health & Fitness. We had a great conversation about how Apex Health and Fitness began, what it’s taken to build the business over the past 20+ years, and why supporting the health and wellbeing of our community has always been at the heart of what they do.

These conversations are a reminder that every local business has a story, and every owner has poured years of hard work, passion, and sacrifice into creating something meaningful.
