In 2021, private massage therapy, chiropractic and physiotherapy benefit claims were paid in Canada as follows: $1.1 billion for massage therapy, $0.7 billion for physiotherapy, and $0.7 billion for chiropractic.

I was stressing about tonight’s breathwork and meditation class. Would I keep it general or stick to a theme? Should it be passed or future focused? Should I acknowledge the new moon, eclipse, mercury retrograde or Beltane? Then in listening to my breathwork teacher’s podcast this story came up. And so, we’ll keep it simple and ´lose ourselves in love’. In the end, that might be all we have really can do. Hope you can join us at 7pm. Message me if you need details.
