Take the trip.

Sometimes therapy doesn’t happen in a clinic—it happens in the places that challenge you, inspire you, and remind you to slow down.

This trip started with one goal: to train with Allison from Rebel Massage, someone whose work I’ve followed for nearly 10 years. Learning from her in Costa Rica was truly a bucket-list moment.

I decided to extend the trip and turn it into a solo adventure—blending professional growth with relaxation, a little adventure, and plenty of time to recharge. …and yes, the foodie in me took full advantage of this experience 🤣🤣

This adventure reminded me how important it is to keep investing in both myself and my career.

I’m heading home with new skills, incredible memories, and a full cup.

Sometimes the best investment you can make is in yourself. New experiences, fresh perspectives, and the reminder that stepping outside your routine is often exactly what your mind, body, and soul need.
