This September we’re putting a twist on one of our traditional programs—ASCEND.

This Ex-scape Retreat will have all the elements of our traditional ASCEND program, but through a more solo lens. Join us in a breathtaking natural environment perfect for resetting the central nervous system. This is a place where somatic psychotherapy is supported by a range of healing modalities as the catalyst for self-betterment. This four-night and five-day retreat is guided by expert somatic practitioners and therapists.

Light For Veterans Foundation is focused on helping Veterans and First Responders find purpose after service. The Foundation organizes golf tournaments to fundraise for grassroots organizations who support veterans and first responders like us at Dimensions and Caddie School for Soldiers. We both are the beneficiaries of this year's tournament.

These are much more than a golf outing; these are opportunities for veterans and first responders to gather, enjoy comradery, and build community. Light For Veterans is also building a corporate alliance of like-minded organizations who support veterans and first responders with medical, psychological, physical, and other types of services to collaborate together and support each other as they work to find better ways to support this community.

The 3rd annual day of golf at Ottawa’s Hylands Golf Club is sold out. We wish all the players an amazing day on Thursday, July 17.
