As a physical therapist, these are 2 exercises I’d suggest avoiding if you’re dealing with low back pain, a lumbar strain, or disc irritation 👀
❌ Bent-over stretches
❌ Seated crunches
These movements can increase stress through the lower back, especially when the area is already irritated or sensitive.
The goal is to keep you moving in ways that support healing, build strength, and reduce unnecessary strain on the spine 💪
