♠️The first Catch the Ace Lottery draw was last night in New Tecumseth! ♠️

The Alliston Legion was packed with supporters, including representatives from Matthews House Hospice Foundation, Stevenson Memorial Hospital Foundation, Rotarians, Legion members, and community members who came out to celebrate our very first draw.

Congratulations to the very first weekly winner, Don Smith, who won $331 and selected Envelope #45, revealing the 4 of Spades. 🎊

That means the Ace of Spades is still in play, and next week's combined prize is already projected to reach approximately $4,000!

Thank you to everyone who purchased tickets and helped launch this lottery! Every ticket supports Matthews House Hospice Foundation and Stevenson Memorial Hospital Foundation, and together you've given this new fundraiser an incredible start.

Thanks to everyone who came out to our very first of the monthly Bingo nights this Monday. It was a great success, with over 60 attendees!🌟

Our volunteers up on the balcony (who did the pulling, and calling and recording of the balls) did a phenomenal job. We can't thank them enough for all their hard work.

We are looking to more than double the number of attendees for the next one, so be sure to save the date! Your attendance helps us provide compassionate hospice care, grief counselling and more in our community. 🦋

⛳We are less than a month away from our 15th Annual Golf Tournament, a Matthews House Hospice Foundation signature event.

With amazing support from local golfers and businesses (and our tireless commitee), the event has sold out early. Many, many thanks to Canadian Tire Alliston for coming on board as our Tournament Sponsor again this year! We are so grateful to have your tremendous support for this event. 🏌️‍♀️

Last year the golf tournament raised over $130, 000 for compassionate hospice care and programs in our community. Our goal is to surpass that number this year! 🦋
