Happy Mental Health Monday! 🧠✨

This Monday, our Client Care Coordinator, Kyla, talks about how to figure out what kind of support you need when you don’t know where to get started. Sometimes, taking the first step can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. Remember, it’s okay to ask for help, explore your options, and take things one step at a time. You deserve support that meets you where you are! 🤍

Helpful or Harmful🤔🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒

Setting boundaries with family members is not about creating distance; it’s about building healthier relationships through mutual respect.

Your boundaries don’t need everyone’s approval, just your own understanding. Protect your peace and choose yourself. 🤍

Why can certain songs make us emotional even when we can’t explain why? 🎶

Music has a unique way of connecting us to our memories, emotions, and experiences. In this episode, Christine explores the psychology behind why music affects our mood, why certain songs take us back to specific moments in our lives, and why we sometimes turn to sad music when we’re already feeling down. We’ll also discuss how music can help us process emotions, regulate our moods, and feel connected to others in ways that words sometimes can’t.

Have you ever thought about something so much that you ended up feeling worse instead of better?

Sometimes, reflection helps us understand our experiences. Other times, we get caught in a cycle of replaying, questioning, and searching for answers that may not be available to us.

The goal isn’t to stop every thought. It’s to recognize when you’re going in circles and learn how to gently redirect your attention.

You don’t have to figure everything out to move forward.

Save this for a day when your mind won’t switch off.

This Monday, Jade talks about how you can feel lonely even when surrounded by people. Just because you’re surrounded by people doesn’t mean your emotional needs are being met. Remember, feeling seen, heard, and understood matters. 🩵

Helpful or Harmful? 📱🤔

Comparing yourself to people on social media can be harmful because it can harm your self-esteem. Remember, people often share only the best parts of their lives!
