A sincere thank you to Chad Smith and the team at Signpost in Amherst for your work and installing this beautiful sign. We also appreciate the excellent landscaping and sod installation by Chris Burke’s Firewood & Logging and also the electrical work completed by Vincent Forsyth of VMF Electric.

It is with great sadness that the family of Bernadette Mary Brown of Upper Nappan, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on July 19, 2026, at Cumberland Regional Health Care Centre at the age of 106.

Following Bernadette’s wishes, cremation has taken place. There will be no visitation, a funeral mass will be celebrated at the Holy Family Church on Monday, July 27, 2026 at 11:00am with Fr. Keith Billard as the celebrant. Reception to follow in the hall graciously provided by the ladies of the CWL.
