Time to wrap up 2021 with a little Peanuts-themed workout for my young and young-at-heart patients!

This year has had many challenges, but there have been bright spots. So many of you overcame huge obstacles. It has been my privilege to be a small part of your success.

I hope the coming weeks find you all happy and healthy.

Took a social media break. What’d I miss?

Does daily posting resonate with you? Not me.

During my (long) break, I took care of:

💚 myself
💚 my family
💚 my patients

I missed connecting online, but changing algorithms and my limited personal bandwidth meant a necessary break.

Will I post daily? Nope.

Will I cater to the algorithm? Not likely. I’ll stick to what comes up organically.

Will I post what matters to me and my patients? You bet.

What do you think? Was it worth the wait for some classic AC/DC?

It’s just a day, but the job is never ending. Alternating worry, exhaustion, and joy. It is hard and wonderful and all of the things.

Giveaway time!

Emerge Physiotherapy turns 1 and Mother’s Day is only 5 sleeps away. It’s time to celebrate!

I started my business by providing free support to the community during the pandemic. I have not forgotten that feeling of joy and personal satisfaction that it gave me.

So, I will be providing one month of FREE support to one lucky, local Mom who needs it.

Will it be pelvic health, prenatal care, birth partner support, postpartum care, exercise help, or injury support?
