Weaving Sacred, Spiritual and Somatic practices to Shift your Energy & Nourish your Soul

10/29/2026

Every ceremony begins long before our guests arrive.

A little glimpse behind the scenes at the love, intention, and magic that goes into creating our sacred space. From the moment we open the doors to the moment we close them again, every detail is filled with intention.

And when one beautiful gathering comes to an end, another is just waiting to begin.

So when we say “Until next time…” we really mean it!

We can't wait to welcome you into the circle on Sunday, November 29th 2026🙏🏻☕️💗

🌑 Join us for the New Moon in Scorpio Breathwork + Reiki Journey ♎️

🌬️ Be guided through a transformational breathwork journey with the support of gentle Reiki energy healing from Jillian Marchand of .Embodiment & Reiki Masters — Kristi Lyne Shayan, Melissa Peees & Jillian McGrath from Sacred Synergy Collective 👐

This journey is designed to help you drop out of the thinking mind and release stress through intentional breath, while being energetically grounded and held by Reiki.

We’ll begin with simple, gentle movement to get your body moving and fluids flowing, then lay down for the breathwork journey. During the journey all practitioners will offer hover & hands-on Reiki healing to the group.

This session lands on the New Moon in Scorpio and will be themed around transformation, release & rebirth. ♏️✨ It offers us a a chance to let go of stress and set intentions from a deeper, more embodied truth.

✨Limited to 10 spots✨

📆 Date: Sunday, Oct 11th at 11am-1pm
📍 Location: Fireloch, 1442 hwy #7 NS
💲 Investment: $60 + HST / person

Booking link: https://calendly.com/exploring-embodiment/breath-reiki-fireloch

Yoga mats & bolsters are provided - please bring your own blanket, thin pillow, water bottle + anything else for you to be comfortable laying down.

Doors open 15 mins early to get settled.

👉 This style of breathwork is not for everyone. Breathwork can surface trauma and energy in the body which may bring discomfort. This is our most gentle offering of transformational (longer duration, journey based) breathwork. If you are new to breathwork or embodiment work, honour your body, go slowly & take breaks as needed.

Our hearts have been craving this kind of connection, and we're so excited to create this space together once again!

Experience a Transformative Sacred Hearts Ceremony where we gather in Sacred Circle, inside the stunning FireLoch Dome!

Ceremony facilitators Jillian Marchand & Kristi Lyne Shayan will guide you through a heart-centered journey with the beautiful medicine of Ceremonial Cacao.

We will set intentions, breathe into our bodies, and consciously sip cacao, allowing its warmth to open our hearts. You’ll be guided through meditation & movement, sing medicine songs, be bathed in sound healing frequencies, and so much more!

Together, we create a space of heart-opening and connection, supporting each other’s journeys and celebrating growth.

After the ceremony there is time for integration, journaling, sharing a potluck meal, and connecting with participants (tea is provided).

Please bring: Water bottle Potluck snack to share Journal/pen (optional)

Investment: $111/person (required on booking, non-refundable, transferable only)
