Samantha is a Registered Acupuncturist and a Stress Transformation Strategist. She helps women transform stress into strength using tools that help the nervous system shift into safety to regain energy, clarity and confidence.

Samantha will be offering a mini-acupuncture menu, a drug-free nervous system patch, and information on bookings and upcoming local workshops. She will also be presenting on How understanding your Stress Archetype can help transform your relationship with stress.

I’m Jillian Marchand, owner of Spirit Sauna - a cedar, Wood-Fired sanctuary overlooking the Antigonish Harbour where you are submerged in nature!

From the moment you arrive, your body exhales. The property is so nourishing for the nervous system - safe, quiet, and expansive - surrounded by eagles, hawks, deer, foxes, and all the wild ones. As you rest in the soothing heat, you’re held by panoramic views of the harbour through an 8-foot picture window, with refreshing cold plunges to complete the hot-cold-rest contrast therapy circuit.

At Spirit Sauna we offer weekly community sauna sessions that are deeply relaxing, while still feeling held in gentle connection with others, including a women’s only session Saturdays at 5pm, and private group bookings for you to 15 guests. Private sessions have the option to add on sound baths, breathwork, aromatherapy, or ceremonial cacao circles.

I also wanted to create Sauna Social Sessions because I feel that so many of us are craving real, human connection and experiences that are not tied to drinking culture. I’ve been gathering community for wellness for several years through my other business, Exploring Embodiment, and love weaving the sauna experience and sauna rituals into those offerings for Sauna Social Sessions, Sauna Rituals & Seasonal Retreats!

📣 Be guided through a transformational breathwork journey with the support of gentle reiki energy healing from Jillian Marchand of .Embodiment & two additional reiki masters - Kristi Lyne Shayan & Jillian McGrath from ! 💆 This journey will help you to disconnect from the thinking mind to move stagnant energy through intentional breath while being energetically grounded into your body through reiki.

🤲This session will guide simple movements to get your body moving & fluids flowing. 🌬️ After a quick movement practice we will lay down for the breathwork journey. During the journey all 3 reiki practitioners will provide hover & hands on reiki healing to the group.

🌑 This session lands on the New Moon in Virgo and will be themed to support you through to work with this lunar event! ♍

✨Limited to 10 spots✨

Yoga mat & blanket are provided as well as optional eye mask. Bring along your water bottle & journal/pen (optional). Doors open 15 minutes early so you can get settled.

This is the most gentle class with transformational (longer duration) breathwork. Andrea will be attending the Women's Wellness Expo, with a selection of Wahre Lebenswerte - True Life Values products!

The “True Life Values” range includes natural teas, a special crystal bath salt, skincare and personal care products.

What makes the products especially unique are their carefully selected natural ingredients, including Rügen chalk, zeolite, tourmaline quartz, quartz, amethyst and even diamond powder, as well as plant-based ingredients, mineral salts and essential oils.

At the Women’s Wellness Expo, Andrea will bring a small selection of these products and will also be happy to offer some of the teas for visitors to taste.

Meet Jillian Marchand and Kristi Lyne Shayan of Sacred Synergy Collective!

We'll be at the Women ’s Wellness Expo this year and we’re also the women behind the scenes planning and hosting it! And we truly cannot wait to fill that gym with so many incredible women, businesses, facilitators, organizations and offerings from around our communities!

Jillian and I are besties, business partners, and the women behind Sacred Synergy Collective. What started as two friends sharing a love for connection, healing and creating meaningful experiences has grown into something we’re both incredibly proud of!

Through Sacred Synergy, Collective, we offer Sacred Hearts Ceremonies, Animals & Reiki experiences, Reiki training, Breathwork + Reiki Journeys, and other gatherings that bring people together in ways that feel genuine, grounded, unique and a little bit magical.

We’re also ceremonial cacao retailers, so we’ll have our heart-opening ceremonial cacao available to purchase at the Expo, along with cacao for you to taste at our table!

Together with Exploring Embodiment, We will be offering a mini version of our Breathwork + Reiki Journey during the Expo. This has been one of our most loved experiences we’ve offered together, combining guided breathwork with Reiki to create a beautiful space to slow down, reconnect and simply experience it for yourself.

More than anything, we’re just ridiculously excited for this day. We’ve spent months talking, planning, messaging, organizing and dreaming up what this year’s Expo could be, and getting to actually stand in that room surrounded by all of the women helping bring it to life is going to be pretty special.

Come find us there, have some cacao, try the mini session, ask us about Reiki, ceremonies, training, animals, or just come over and say hi. Judging by this photo, there’s a fairly good chance you’ll find us laughing about something. 😂🤍
