📣Animal Sessions Update!

Over the past few years, we have been incredibly grateful to host Goats & Reiki sessions at Muddy Puddle Goat Farm. The kindness, generosity, and trust that was extended to us allowed us to create so many meaningful moments for our community, and for that we are deeply thankful 🙏🏻

As life evolves and circumstances change, we will no longer be hosting Goats & Reiki sessions at that location. We want to express our heartfelt gratitude for the time we shared there, the sweet animals we connected with, and the support we received along the way.

We know many of you have been waiting for this year's sessions , so we wanted to let you know that our Lambs & Reiki event on June 14th will be our only animal and Reiki offering currently scheduled. If spending time with animals while receiving Reiki has been on your heart, we encourage you to reserve your spot.

We are also actively looking for a new farm partner who shares our values of ethical animal care, respect, and community connection. The combination of gentle animal therapy from the goats, and Reiki has touched so many lives, and we would love to continue offering these experiences in the future.

Thank you for your understanding, your support, and for being part of this beautiful community. We are excited to see what unfolds next.

If you are new to breathwork or to going into your body/emotions, I recommend trying a more gentle community breathwork class first, scheduling private 1:1 sessions or coming to this practice very slow & gentle, taking breaks as needed.

🤲 Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique that uses hover & hands on touch to bring more life force energy into the body. This gentle energy healing technique supports our emotional, physical, mental & spiritual wellbeing.

🤲 It is a complementary treatment alongside many holistic and allopathic medicines. There are no contraindications for receiving Reiki energy healing. Reiki is not intended to replace any conventional treatment plans.

🌬️ Be guided through a transformational breathwork journey with the support of gentle reiki energy healing from Jillian Marchand & two additional reiki masters from Sacred Synergy Collective - Kristi Lyne Shayan & Melissa Peers! Journey & disconnect from the thinking mind to move stagnant energy through intentional breath while being supported by gentle reiki energy healing 💆

🕺🏻 This session will guide simple movements to get your body moving & fluids flowing. After a quick movement practice we will lay down for the breathwork journey. During the journey all 3 reiki practitioners will provide hover & hands on reiki healing to the group.🤲

✨ Limited to 10 spots ✨

Yoga mats, blankets & eye masks are provided. Bring along your water bottle & journal/pen (optional). Doors open 15 minutes early so you can get settled.

Calling all reiki practitioners! Come join us Sunday for a lovely afternoon 🙌💗

Join Sacred Synergy Collective for an afternoon of Reiki sharing, connection, nourishment, and meaningful conversation in a warm and welcoming space overlooking the harbor in Antigonish.

Whether you're newly attuned to Reiki, or have been practicing for years as a Reiki Master, this gathering is open to all practitioners who feel called to come together, give, receive, and reconnect with community.

Throughout the afternoon, we’ll be setting up Reiki tables for shared healing sessions while also enjoying a relaxed community potluck atmosphere. Bring a dish, snack, or treat if you’d like to contribute, but most importantly, bring yourself exactly as you are.
