Friday morning I received a beautiful message from a client in my Elemental Series 🙏 I feel so honored to get to share this work with you all + grateful for Amanda for allowing me to share her words ❤️ These closed + consistent containers hold space for so much to awaken and shift. I cannot wait to see you all again on Thursday!

Breathwork + Reiki is a beautiful combination for deeply supportive + grounded healing 🙌 We have two last opportunities to experience it in community as a drop in session! After that, I will only be offering it for closed containers that run for several sessions.

Private breathwork + reiki packages are available as well.

The End of an Era! My soul is craving deeper transformation, deeper safety + that can only happen through consistent closed containers.

Starting early January, drop in sessions will no longer be available. Instead, Moon Medicine Journeys will transition into a closed cohort over several lunar cycles.

As a final farewell, I have 3 remaining opportunities to drop in + experience a little bit of the magic that these containers will dive into:

🌑 Join us for the New Moon in Scorpio Breathwork + Reiki Journey ♎️

🌬️ Be guided through a transformational breathwork journey with the support of gentle Reiki energy healing from Jillian Marchand of .Embodiment & Reiki Masters — Kristi Lyne Shayan, Melissa Peees & Jillian McGrath from Sacred Synergy Collective 👐

This journey is designed to help you drop out of the thinking mind and release stress through intentional breath, while being energetically grounded and held by Reiki.

We’ll begin with simple, gentle movement to get your body moving and fluids flowing, then lay down for the breathwork journey. During the journey all practitioners will offer hover & hands-on Reiki healing to the group.

This session lands on the New Moon in Scorpio and will be themed around transformation, release & rebirth. ♏️✨ It offers us a a chance to let go of stress and set intentions from a deeper, more embodied truth.

✨Limited to 10 spots✨

📆 Date: Sunday, Oct 11th at 11am-1pm
📍 Location: Fireloch, 1442 hwy #7 NS
💲 Investment: $60 + HST / person

Yoga mats & bolsters are provided - please bring your own blanket, thin pillow, water bottle + anything else for you to be comfortable laying down.

Doors open 15 mins early to get settled.

👉 This style of breathwork is not for everyone. Breathwork can surface trauma and energy in the body which may bring discomfort. This is our most gentle offering of transformational (longer duration, journey based) breathwork. If you are new to breathwork or embodiment work, honour your body, go slowly & take breaks as needed.

All breathwork events are facilitated from a trauma informed perspective... But what does that mean?

Trauma Informed Breathwork:

Exploring Embodiment breathwork practices acknowledge the impact that trauma has on individuals and seeks to create a safe & supportive environment for survivors. All sessions are focused on empowering you to connect to yourself for what is most supportive. You are an active participant in how our session will go!

👉 Safety is of upmost importance and breathers are reminded to stay within what feels safe. It is only when the body feels safe, that it can begin healing.

👉 Sovereignty: Participants are always encouraged to follow their bodies over the offers of the facilitator.

👉 Titration: We are all unique - some of us benefit from different speeds and ways of breathing. You will be asked to meet yourself where you are at & honor your body.

👉 Transparency: You will know what to expect every step along with way including email confirmation/reminders, what we will be doing, different experiences you may have during/after practice & different things that you may want to offer yourself during/after a practice.
