Reiki Level 1 is a beautiful beginning. Over this immersive two-day training, you’ll be introduced to the foundations of Usui Reiki and learn how to work with Reiki energy as a supportive practice for yourself and your family, friends and pets!

No previous experience is needed. You don’t need to be “spiritual enough,” highly intuitive or already know how to work with energy. You simply need to feel curious, open and ready to learn. 💜

A few years ago, a woman came to one of my Reiki trainings feeling completely overwhelmed by life.

She had been carrying so much.
Stress from work.
Emotional weight from the past.
A nervous system that never seemed to fully relax.

She told me something I hear quite often:
"I feel like I should be able to handle life better than this… but I just feel drained."

What she really wanted was a way to support herself when life became heavy.
Something gentle.
Something natural.
Something she could turn to anytime she needed it.

That weekend, she learned Reiki.
