Sometimes the hardest part isn’t booking the appointment...

It’s letting yourself believe you’re worthy of it.

I wrote this blog because I know how many people sit on the fence. Wondering if Reiki is “for them.” Wondering if a medium reading will be what they expect. Wondering if they’re spending money on themselves when they “should” be spending it somewhere else.

I’ve heard all the questions.
I’ve had all the conversations.
And honestly... they’re valid.

This blog isn’t here to convince you of anything.

It’s here to answer the questions you might be too nervous to ask and remind you that taking care of yourself isn’t selfish.

If you’ve ever thought, “Maybe I should book...” but let fear, doubt, or guilt talk you out of it... this one’s for you.

Your 30s have a funny way of humbling you... and healing you.

I’ve learned that boundaries are love, intuition is real, healing isn’t pretty, and my boys don’t need a perfect mom they just need me.

Every year teaches me something new, and honestly? I’m grateful for every lesson (even the ones I definitely didn’t ask for 😂).

Well… I’d say Intentions in Bloom was a success.

We somehow managed to gather a bunch of amazing humans in a gorgeous garden, play with crystals, set some powerful intentions, and nobody got lost in the flowers. I’d call that a win. 😂

Seriously though… thank you to every single one of you who came out. Watching everyone create their own crystal grid, share some laughs, and soak up the beautiful energy made my heart so happy. You all made the evening what it was.

Now your only job is to trust the process… and maybe resist the urge to keep moving your grid every five minutes. 😉

Thank you for spending your evening with me. I already can’t wait to do it again. 💛

FULL MOON 🌕

Tonight, I call my power back.

From the people, situations, expectations, fears, and stories that no longer belong to me.

I call back the energy I gave away trying to be enough.
I call back the pieces of myself I abandoned to keep the peace.
I call back my voice, my confidence, my intuition, and my truth.

This Full Moon isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about remembering who I was before I forgot my own strength.

What is meant for me will stay.
What is not will fall away.

I release.
I reclaim.
I return to myself.

And so it is.
