I am an internationally trained, student and practitioner of Yoga, Ayurvedic and Thai Massage, Living Nutrition, Living Hydration, Traditional Herbalism, and Mother of 3. I'm passionate about health, creating delicious meals, family, travel, adventure, connecting with nature, breath work, dance and community based projects.,

I sincerely love offering bodywork, work with food, and herbalism, as

well as design and business. My goal is to complete a Doula training in Bali and continue to practice and share the wisdom of Ayurveda and work with women, babies, and families. I had a very life changing experience in Bali with volunteering as a yoga teacher, and it lead me to want to continue to study and learn from this amazing group of women, health care practitioners, and midwives. I am very passionate about the work that Bumi Sehat and the Guerilla Midwives around the world are involved in.
