With insomnia in perimenopause, the goal isn't necessarily to treat "poor sleep" like many patients think, it's actually to understand what's contributing to it and to get to the bottom of THAT.

beyon that, there's a few things that could improve your sleep during perimenopause that you may not have thought of! Let me know which one stood out to you (and read my blog in my link in bio for the rest of my sleep guide)

✔️ Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I)
✔️ Hormone therapy (for appropriate candidates)
✔️ A Mediterranean-style diet (Really?! Yes.)
✔️ Assessing for conditions such as sleep apnea, thyroid changes, iron deficiency, blood sugar changes, chronic pain, or mood concerns

Read the full blog through the link in my bio to explore these options in more detail.

To the woman whose skincare routine suddenly isn't working the way it used to...

Your skin is telling the story of a season of change.

As hormones shift, your skin often does too. It may feel drier, more reactive, less radiant, or simply unfamiliar. What worked for years may no longer be enough, and that's okay.

This chapter isn't about chasing younger skin. It's about understanding what your skin needs now.

Small, thoughtful changes can restore comfort, support your skin barrier, and help you feel confident in the skin you're in.

Your skin deserves the same compassion and care that you're learning to give the rest of yourself during perimenopause.
