Talking about aging, dying, and death isn't easy — but these conversations can be some of the most meaningful we have.
Join Certified End of Life Doula and Life & Grief Coach Arlene Hearn for an open, interactive workshop where questions are welcome, experiences can be shared, and practical guidance goes beyond wills and funeral planning.

HUUG Children's Camp at Hope House

What a beautiful week it's been. When you bring together curious kids, generous volunteers, and the incredible guidance of our Child Life Specialist, Julia — something truly special happens.
This week was full of fun, exploration, and the kind of emotional growth that doesn't always come easy — but our HUUG campers showed up for it with open hearts. There were games and laughter, but also honest conversations, shared feelings, and quiet moments of support that meant just as much as the big ones.
We learned from each other. We shared. We supported one another. And we made memories that will stay with all of us long after this week ends.

A heartfelt thank you:
To Julia, for organizing and guiding this camp with so much care
To our volunteers, whose time and energy made every moment possible
To our families, for trusting us and showing up fully — this camp is for you, and because of you
