Amazing day with these guys! Completed my first Epic 8 hour mountain bike race at Hardwood Hills. Great times with this team. Beautiful day, crazy cardio burn on a fun track and thankfully, no injuries 😀

Happy Mother’s Day 🎉

Wishing a warm Happy Mother’s Day from our family to yours.

My wife Caroline is such an amazing Mum! She brings so much life, energy and compassion to our family and she is the glue that holds everything together!

I’m also blessed to have such an amazing Mom as a role model of patience, humility and faith.

Celebrating you all today!
