Beginning and end of session❣️
This is the difference in how far my client could lift her arm.

She'd been experiencing a constant ache radiating from her shoulder down her arm, as well as reduced mobility.

Using our Dolphin Neurostim devices on some key areas, we were able to improve both mobility and range of motion in just one session. These photos were taken just 1 hour apart and the results speak for themselves 🥰

A scar in one area can create pain or restriction somewhere completely different.

Why? Because fascia is a head-to-toe network of connective tissue surrounding every muscle, bone, nerve and organ in the body.

No yard? No problem. A sunny porch or balcony will work just fine - sunflowers love full sun and they will attract, feed and house vital pollinators.

I had no idea before growing our own but native bees actually sleep in them 🥹 Every evening before sunset, we’d watch them snuggle into their beds for the night. They also use them to take quick naps or hide from the rain.

And yes, you can even plant bird seed. Black oil sunflower seeds grow easily, just plant them 1–2 inches deep in loose soil after the last frost. You still have time to buy your seeds!

Easy, affordable and so worth it 🐝
