If you want to stop peeing your pants, it’s not usually about which exercises you do.
It’s about how you do them. And the intent behind them.
Here’s what I mean.
You can do a hundred Kegels and still leak on your run.
You can squat heavy and still leak when you sneeze.
You can do all the “right” exercises and still feel like your body is failing you.
Because leakage isn’t usually a muscle problem. It’s a load management problem.
It’s about how your system handles pressure. How your breath, ribs, hips, glutes, and feet share the work. How your nervous system shows up under demand.
So instead of asking “what exercise will fix this?” try asking:
→ How am I breathing during this?
→ Where am I bracing or gripping?
→ Is my whole system sharing the load, or is one part doing too much?
→ Am I rushing through this, or showing up with intention?
The exercises matter. But how you do them matters more.
Your pelvic floor isn’t broken. It’s responding to something.
Let’s figure out what.
Keep going. 💛
