Camryn placed 2nd in Ontario and will be a provincial representative at the Canadian Championships in Moncton! To those who continue to support her dance journey - thank you! How fortunate a young lady that through my work family, she has a village of cheerleaders that ask me for updates. She made the impossible, possible yesterday! So proud. From Pain to Possibility:
One of the most rewarding parts of introducing Shockwave Therapy to our clinic has been seeing patients return to activities they once avoided without hesitation.

This individual had calcific tendinopathy in both shoulders. After four Shockwave Therapy treatments, they spent an entire day working with their hands overhead.

Their feedback?
“I could tell I had worked my muscles, but the original shoulder pain never came back.”

Every patient responds differently, and not everyone is a candidate for Shockwave Therapy. However, if you have a chronic condition that has not responded to previous care, it may be worth exploring.

Out for my morning walk with Winnie… took me a bit to realize a blue jay was following us down the street from one tree branch to the next. Odd as I take this route several times a day and never saw it before. Figured it was being territorial over its nest or food source possibly nearby. It eventually stopped following us and I was left thinking if this was a “sign” or “symbol” I would only be convinced it we were to meet up with our friend at the park! For reference the park is close to 1km away from this point and consists of us walking a right angle. Arrived at the park, started down our familiar path and not 5 feet ahead the blue jay landed having taken the hypotenuse directly to us as his trajectory. The whole experience was surreal and amazing. I hope to encounter our friend again later today. ❤️ Please take time to go for regular walks it is so wonderful for the body and mind, especially if around nature. Be well. Have a fabulous day.

My kids came home from the hospital wearing Montreal Canadian onesies. As a result I have taken a lot of heat through the years with people coming into the clinic for their tuneups, regardless of the time of year, making sure they wear a certain colour of blue! Today I will be calling them asking if they’d like to join me in cheering!… I will of course wait until the school bell rings to call so I don’t miss my youngest hecklers! ❤️

Now offering Shockwave Therapy! Spent the last 15 years referring people out for shockwave. They always returned saying “You were right… sore only while on some spots but overall so much better! Thank you.” Dived into the research, used the machine on myself to appreciate how it feels and now offering it to patients. So far, the feedback has been positive with most citing; decreased pain and improved range of motion.

Ideal for chronic issues - stubborn tendons or trigger points, calcification densities, plantar fasciitis. Used for those conditions that have not responded to other forms of therapy. Unsure if you are the right candidate? Ask on your next visit or call the office. Always happy to help.

I was sooo good for my Momma today! Patients want me to come back. I did have to be timed out from my ball though... I will play fetch until exhaustion. My teenaged siblings are off from school on a PA Day probably still asleep haven’t even notice that I am not home. ❤️
