I’m truly honoured to be named a Platinum Winner in two categories at the CommunityVotes Simcoe County 2026 Awards — Massage Therapy and Acupuncture!

A heartfelt thank you to all my patients who took the time to nominate me and vote. Your trust, support, and confidence in my work mean so much to me. 🙏

Being recognized in Massage Therapy is especially meaningful. I’m planning to stop accepting new Massage Therapy patients as of November 1st, so it’s wonderful to receive this recognition for the work I’ve built with my patients over the years.

The good news is that I’m happy to welcome new patients for Osteopathy.

Whether you are dealing with chronic pain, recovering from an injury, or just needing an alignment check, we are here to help you move and feel better.

To get the most out of your upcoming session, please wear loose, comfortable clothing. During your treatment, we will need to move your limbs and evaluate your posture. Rigid or tight clothes can restrict your movement and make it harder to get an accurate assessment.

Here are some great examples of what to wear:

Bottoms: Tracksuit bottoms, loose joggers, leggings, or gym shorts.
Tops: A loose t-shirt, tank top, or a flexible sports top.
Layers: A lightweight hoodie or cardigan that is easy to remove if needed.

Please avoid stiff denim, thick sweaters, skirts, or clothing with excessive zippers and hardware.

As a teenager, I had a dream — to visit Braga. Back home in Belarus, my nickname was “Braga.” It always felt special to me.

25 years later, I finally made it there… with my family.
