I love this trend - it’s such a fun way to celebrate the work we do. 🤍

Owning my own practice was once just a dream… and now I’m celebrating two years since branching out on my own 🤍 This place now feels like a second home.

What a journey it’s been.

Next year marks 10 years as an RMT. I’m so grateful to continue to have the opportunity to help others to feel their best.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me along the way!

Mild soreness after a massage is totally normal — it’s just your body re-adjusting, and it usually fades within 24 hours. ☺️

Tip: If you notice yourself clenching during your massage, that means the pressure’s too deep. You should always feel like you can relax under my hands. ✋🏼

Today, we pause to remember. ❤️
To honour the courage, sacrifice, and resilience of those who served — and those who continue to serve.
Lest we forget.

If you’re seeing this, there’s a good chance you’re in your postpartum season — and this post found you for a reason. 💛

Your body has done something incredible, and it deserves care and support as you recover. Postpartum massage can be a gentle way to ease tension, reconnect with yourself, and feel a little more at home in your body again. ✨

I’ve spent years supporting people through every stage of pregnancy and postpartum, and each treatment is guided by where you are in your healing — always evidence-based, safe, and centered around your comfort.
