It was wonderful to attend the Orillia Pride Walk and vender fair this past weekend and celebrate a community built on inclusion, acceptance, and belonging.

Thank you to the organizers, volunteers, participants and guests who helped create such a welcoming and positive event. Sometimes you don't need ongoing therapy—you just need a place to start.

CMHA Simcoe County Branch offers Single Session Addiction Therapy for individuals aged 16 and older who are concerned about their own substance use or the substance use of someone close to them.

In a one-hour session, you can:
• Talk through a specific concern
• Explore options and next steps
• Gain support and information in a safe, non-judgmental environment

Appointments are available on Tuesdays, either in person in Barrie or virtually through MS Teams.

No Addiction Services intake is required.
