Watch your little one explore, discover, and giggle their way through a whole season of sensory magic!

Designed for babies 6-12 months, each class is packed with taste-safe sensory bins, stimulating textures, and vibrant colours that spark joy, support development, and create beautiful memories for you & baby.

🗓️ Wednesdays @ 11:30am–12:30pm — only a few single spots left!
🗓️ Thursdays @ 11:30am–12:30pm — 9 spots remaining

The newborn haze. The "wait, is this normal?" texts at 2am. The first time your baby really looks at you. This stage can be a lot, and you don't have to do it alone.

Our Infant Classes grow alongside your baby, from the sleepy 4th Trimester stage to curious crawlers.

💕 4th Trimester (0–3m) - bonding + support in those early weeks
💕 Ages & Stages (3–6m) - development milestones, explained
💕 Baby Sensory Play (6–12m) - textures, exploration, connection
💕 Mom & Baby Yoga - move your body, breathe, be together
💕 Baby Sign Language - learn early communication tools while you bond with baby
💕 Zumbini + Kindermusik - music, movement, and a whole lot of good vibes

Every class is a chance to build real community with other local parents navigating this exact same stage. Because "mom friends" are just as important as tummy time.

Preparing for birth isn't just about knowing what to expect — it's about walking in feeling confident, supported, and connected to other parents on the same path.

Our Preparing for Birth classes are in-person, interactive, and comprehensive covering everything from labour stages to comfort techniques to newborn basics, alongside other expecting parents.

We have expanded our prenatal class schedule to offer more dates and times to best fit busy schedules.
🔘 Monday Evening (3-week), 6:30-9:00pm
🔘 Thursday Evening (3-week), 6:30-9:00pm
🔘 Weekend (2 mornings), 9:00am-1:00pm each day
🔘 Birth Prep Express (3-hour), Wednesdays, 6:00-9:00pm

Motherhood doesn't come with a manual, but it does come with a village, if you know where to find it. We've created more than a class schedule. Serenity is a community space built to walk with you from bump & beyond.

Our September classes are starting soon, and this season we're all about real connection. If you're counting down the weeks until baby arrives, in the thick of the newborn haze, or chasing a toddler around the studio, Serenity is your hub!!

🤰 PRENATAL CLASSES
Our in-person, comprehensive and hands-on Preparing for Birth series gives you and your partner real tools (and a real community) heading into birth. New to the lineup is Birth Prep Express, a 3-hour refresher for second-time parents or anyone who just wants the essentials.

👶 INFANT CLASSES
From 4th Trimester bonding to Baby Sensory Play, Mom & Baby Yoga to Baby Sign Language. these are the spaces where "mom friends" turn into "family."

🧸 TODDLER CLASSES
Let's Explore, Zumbini, and Kindermusik keep your little one learning through play (and give you a much-needed dose of grown-up conversation).

Starting Tuesday September 8, Registered Massage Therapist, Benita is back from summer vacation and this room is trading Barbie dream house vibes for candles and calm.

Feeding your baby can be one of the most beautiful, and most challenging, parts of early motherhood. That's why we're so excited to welcome Mona, IBCLC & RN, to our studio for a weekly Lactation Support Drop-In!

Stop by our lactation lounge anytime during drop-in hours. It's free to pop in, ask questions, and connect with other feeding parents.

Want dedicated 1-1 support with Mona? It's just $40, and may be covered under your extended health benefits!
