Think TMJ only causes jaw pain? Think again. 🤔

TMJ dysfunction can show up in places you might not expect. If you’ve been dealing with frequent headaches, neck pain, shoulder tension, or facial tightness, your jaw could be part of the problem.

Your jaw and neck work together. When the muscles around your jaw become tight from clenching, grinding, or stress, nearby muscles often compensate, leading to pain that extends far beyond your jaw.
