Do you need your First Aid certification for work, school, or personal peace of mind? St. John Ambulance is heading to the Bracebridge United Church this August for two days of hands-on, life-saving training.

Whether you need a basic refresher or comprehensive intermediate training, we have a course for you.

On May 23rd, we had the privilege of celebrating the incredible volunteers of St. John Ambulance York Simcoe Muskoka at our Volunteer Appreciation Event. ๐Ÿ’š

In 2025 alone, our dedicated volunteers contributed more than 58,000 volunteer hours serving communities across York Region, Simcoe County, and Muskoka. Their commitment, compassion, and professionalism continue to make a meaningful difference every single day.

Please join us in congratulating Ann Watson on receiving her Long Service Medal from St. John Ambulance.

Ann has been an active and dedicated member of the Therapy Dog Program since 2014. Over the past decade, she has contributed approximately 3,000 volunteer hours, bringing comfort, compassion, and connection to countless members of our community through her work.

Last year, Ann further demonstrated her leadership and commitment by stepping into the role of Therapy Dog Program Advisor for Yorkโ€“Simcoeโ€“Muskoka, where she continues to support and guide the growth of this important program.

Ann, congratulations on receiving your Long Service Medal, and thank you for your unwavering dedication to serving your community through St. John Ambulance. Your impact truly makes a difference.
