You think you’re stretching your glutes… but are you really? 👀🍑

Instead of pushing down on your knee (ouch, your hip & knee say "no thank you"), try this:
Place your hands on your shin for support and hinge forward from your hips with a straight back. You’ll feel that deep piriformis stretch instantly — no extra pressure, just smart movement 🙌

💡 Why it’s better: Less strain, more focus on the actual muscle you’re trying to stretch. Win-win.
