Is your child dairy-free?🥛🚫 Do you plan for their calcium needs?
You NEED to, because peak bone mass is 95% by age 20.
Kids need a lot of calcium. 😮
Here’s how much they need from food:
1–3 years: 500–700 mg/day
4–8 years: 700–1,000 mg/day
9–18 years: 1,000–1,300 mg/day
You can reach these amounts without dairy, but you’ll need a plan.
