During the last recession in June of 2008, my family and I took a the path less travelled in an adventure of creating a business from scratch. Tomorrow Sampson's Body Balance will be 18 years old ( my husband says it is an adult).

I am grateful to all of my family members for their contributions and unending support as I continue to grow.

Many thanks to all of you for your patronage and for keeping me learning, expanding my knowledge of the body, mind and spirit as well as best business practices and learning how to pivot when markets change.

Please remember to keep safe this summer by hydrating with water, stretch and keep moving.
