🏃♀️ DON'T WAIT UNTIL GAME DAY.
That little ache you've noticed in your young athlete? It might be easy to brush off.
“My knee hurts after soccer.”
“My shoulder hurts when I throw.”
“My heel hurts after running.”
Maybe it will go away on its own. But if the pain keeps coming back, don't wait until it becomes:
🚨 “I can't play.”
Persistent or recurring pain can be a sign that something needs to be assessed—especially when your child is heading back into a busy schedule of practices, games and activities.
Early assessment can help identify what's going on, address the problem and get your child back to doing what they love. ⚽🏀🏒
This school year, don't wait for the pain to take them out of the game.
