Team building night! 🔐

Tonight we stepped away from the clinic and put our problem-solving skills to the test at Trapped Escape Rooms in Barrie.

Lots of laughs, teamwork, clues, dead ends, and omg!” moments along the way. 😆

I’m grateful for this amazing group of women and the work they do every day to support our patients and our clinic.

A great reminder that strong teams aren’t built only at work they’re built through shared experiences and having fun together.

Clinical is where everything starts to come together.

Students spend a couple of months working through theory, but there is something different about finally putting those skills into practice.

Over the next two days, students will work with volunteers, practice clinical techniques, build confidence, and develop the skills needed to provide safe and professional foot care.

Watching that growth happen never gets old.

Happy Nurses Week 🩷

This profession asks a lot from nurses.
Long days, problem solving, emotional moments, patience, teamwork, and compassion even when we’re exhausted.

There’s so much that happens behind the scenes that people never see.

I’m grateful to do what I do and grateful for the incredible nurses I’ve met along the way.
