Excited is an understatement 😁

11 weeks ago I hurt my shoulder, 7 weeks ago it got worse to the point that I could not move my arm. Today, I was able to do 10 push-ups without pain! Certain movements are still limited but we are getting there. I cannot stress the importance of patience ( I know it's hard), listening to your body, going for treatment, and of course home care! These are all important when it comes to recovery.
While I may not be able to throw an axe, I am able to light lightweights again, and work is slowly getting back to full time. I'm doing my best not to overdo it, so I am able to continue providing care well into the future!
