Here are some suggestions to help you -
✅ Gratitude ~ count your blessings & focus on the positive things in your life. Make a list or journal. Give Thanks each morning or each night before bed.
✅ Meditate ~ being in the moment & finding a place of calm and stillness keeps negative thoughts away. More meditation and mindfulness each day improves your mood and helps to keep you in a positive frame of mind.
✅ Surround yourself with Positivity ~ remove toxic or stressful people and things in your life. Build a supportive and positive social network and stay away from news, social media or anything that drains you and make you feel negative.
✅ Practice Re-framing Negative Thoughts ~ concentrate on lessons learned from negative experiences or how you are developing something in yourself or a part of yourself when faced with something negative. It takes time and practice, but turn the negative into something positive.
